It’s not easy having a last name like Granatelli, especially when you want to be a race car driver.  Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, JoJo has shown signs of greatness.  JoJo has quickly made a name for himself in his own form of racing – Off Road Trophy Karts at the J2 and Modified Division.

As the newest member of the Granatelli Motor Sports Racing Team, don’t think it was just a walk in the park.  This position was earned not given.  After several successful years on other forms of racing JoJo decided it was time for a change.  CORR with the help of MMR and Newline launched Trophy Kart as a sort of half time show for the fans.  It wasn’t long before Trophy Kart stole the show and now Trophy kart has grown into 3 different distinct racing series with CORR being the crown jewel series. 

Sponsors like Rockstar Energy Drink, RedLine Racing Oil, Comp Cams, Balls Out Motor Sports and ABF Trucking have all jumped on board to be strong supporters of JoJo as he bids for the 2007  J2 Trophy Kart Championship.

In only the second race of the new season JoJo was on the podium and has quickly become the one to watch.  Carrying the familiar Granatelli Motor Sports colors of Green Red and White his 2007 Newline built Ford truck body jumps higher and runs faster then anyone on the track.  Powering his truck is Fleming Racing Engine sealed spec Subaru motor.
